We guarantee live arrival of healthy
koi. Someone must be home to receive UPS or Federal Express
shipments or you must pick up your Air Cargo shipment within
two hours of arrival. Losses are extremely rare but we will
replace or refund the cost of the koi, our option, less
shipping costs for any that do not arrive live. |
